Staff

I stepped on as CCW's lead pastor in the spring of 2019, and my goal is to love God and love people through pastoring, teaching God's Word, and leading the CCW family to live in and for Christ. My beautiful wife, Lisa, and I have been married for over 30 years and we have 5 children, 4 of them grown and 1 teenager still at home with us. We enjoy hosting all kinds of groups in our home, and love being a part of the CCW family.

I joined staff at CCW as student pastor in December 2020, with a heart for teens and a desire to see student ministries done creatively and effectively. I have been married to my college sweetheart Kaela since 2019, after we both graduated from Cedarville University. My hobbies include photography, videography, ultimate frisbee, walks with my wife and our dog (Lola), and spending time with our Riptide Teens. I am thankful to call CCW my home.

I lead worship and oversee the music and tech side of our services and events. My husband (and guitar hero!) Jeff and I have been at CCW since 2019 and I joined staff soon after. We have been married for 30+ years, and have two beautiful grown daughters, Sarah & Mary, and two son-in-laws, Sam & Jonathan. We have a passion for reaching people for Jesus through worship and growing a team that works as one in Christ, and we love worshiping with everyone here at CCW!

My husband, Keith, and I have been married 48 years and live on a farm. We have two daughters, and seven grandchildren. We have been attending CCW for 9 years. After spending 46 years in the financial services industry I now manage affairs in conjunction with the Leadership Team and help with administrative needs of the ministries here at CCW.

I started coming to CCW in 2022, and it felt like home here. In my walk with the Lord, I have learned that I was meant to be a part of a ministry. I joined CCW staff in August of 2024 as Communications Director and also joined our worship/tech team in 2024 as well.  I want to reach everyone with God’s word and love, and to come along side those who are also learning to walk with the Lord. I have a wonderful husband named Leon and we have been married since 2023. He has 2 beautiful children who I am extremely proud of and happy to be their stepmom. I enjoy singing, being creative, traveling and watching sporting events with Leon.
