We do not collect, use, or disclose personal information of a child without a parent or guardian giving written permission.  This includes pictures of children taking part in church sponsored activities.  A child’s personal information (Name and Birth Date) provided by the parent or guardian is maintained in our CRM Software (Power Church) as part of a family group.  This information is used for class and activity assignments based on the person’s age.

Parental or guardian permission is needed for photos. From time to time we take pictures during church activities.  Parental permission is needed to use these pictures in areas such as on our website, in newsletters and/or on our CCWKids Facebook page. Pictures are selected to highlight activities during Sunday classes, Waterford On Wednesday (WOW) classes, and/or church events. We never reference a child by name or provide any specific information regarding the child. The pictures will only be used by Community Church of Waterford to show the many ways children have fun while participating in church activities!

Written parental or guardian permission is needed for each individual offsite activity.  Permission is given specifically for each offsite activity by the child’s parent or guardian on a form supplied by CCW.
